The dreamer of the Ízig-varáz book is László Csizmadia , the president of CÖF-CÖKA, who for 15 years was responsible for the daily feeding of two hundred thousand preschool and school children at the Budapest Children's Food Company. He is the owner of the big gold medal of the Hungarian Association of Chefs and Confectioners. His innovations were also used by the canning industry and the refrigeration industry. His master chef father inherited his love of the profession.
CÖF-CÖKA is grateful to master chef Péter Buday, who in an innovative spirit undertook to write the Ízig-váráz book, from which he now continuously presents the preparation of dishes as a series.
