205 people died, most of them elderly, chronically ill, and another 3,706 Hungarian citizens were diagnosed with the coronavirus - koronavirus.gov.hu reported on Sunday, highlighting that 3,252,579 people have been vaccinated in Hungary so far, of which 1,385,898 have already received the second they also received a dose of vaccine.
According to the government portal, the number of infected people identified in Hungary has increased to 750,508. The number of those who died rose to 25,184, and those who recovered rose to 455,029.
The number of active infected people is 270,295. Hospitals treat 8,445 coronavirus patients, of whom 1,051 are on ventilators.
There are 47,751 people in official home quarantine, the number of samples has increased to 5,124,731.
