RECIPE: Vegetable meat cream and bulgur sandwiched between zucchini
I bake the zucchini rolled in flour and sprayed with oil in the oven.
Fry the chopped red onion in sunflower oil.
I knead this onion with the minced meat and the minced carrot, white beet, kohlrabi.
Season with salt and ground pepper.
I add chopped green parsley.
I mix eggs and cream cheese.
I also mix in cornstarch.
I put the fried zucchini in a row on the oiled baking sheet.
I spread some of the meat cream on it.
I sprinkle it with bulgur cooked in the vegetable base juice.
This is how I layer the food until I run out of ingredients
I spread it with a little sour cream and bake it in the oven for 40-50 minutes.
800 g minced pork shoulder
100 g of bulgur
200 g of carrots
200 g of turnips
200 g of kohlrabi
100 g red onion
15 g of salt
4 g ground pepper
100 g of egg juice
100 g of smoked cheese
30 g starch
100 g sour cream
