The number of new infections is 1,145, thus increasing the number of identified infections to 791,709 since the beginning of the epidemic. Most of the 98 people who died were elderly and chronically ill, so the number of those who died rose to 28,602.
The number of recovered people is constantly increasing, currently 568,329 people, and the number of active infected people has decreased to 194,778 people. 3,353 coronavirus patients are being treated in hospital, 403 of them are on ventilators.
More than 4.8 million people have already registered for vaccination and 80% have received it. You can currently book Sinopharm, AstraZeneca and Szputnyik vaccines in the online appointment booking system. At midnight on Friday, the registration of 16-18-year-olds for next week's vaccination closed, more than 84,000 young people have registered, and they will also be able to make an online appointment within a few days, which they will receive separate information about. General practitioners can continue vaccination with Sinopharm, Janssen and Moderna vaccines.
