Late on Friday evening, the government decree was published, which contains the opening steps for the administration of 5 million vaccinations.
Government 264/2021 was published in the Friday issue of the gazette. (V. 21.) Government decree on the amendment of the government decrees regulating the protection measures applicable during the state of emergency with regard to the fifth stage of the gradual lifting of protection measures.
The decree also contains a brief summary of the measures due after the 5 millionth vaccination, which are as follows:
the curfew is lifted;
the mandatory closing times of shops, catering establishments and other locations ordered in view of the epidemic situation will cease;
the mandatory obligation to wear a mask in public spaces will be abolished;
sports are free in public areas, whether individual or team sports;
private and family events with the participation of up to 50 people can be held without restrictions, and weddings with the participation of up to 200 people can be held without restrictions;
in the case of a private and family event held in a hotel or restaurant, the operator of the hotel or catering business is obliged to ensure the separation of those participating in the private event;
other indoor events can only be held for those with a protection card;
other open-air events with the participation of up to 500 people can be held without restrictions (including meetings), but only persons protected against the coronavirus may participate in the open-air event with more than 500 people;
the music and dance event can only be visited with a protection card;
16-18-year-olds can go to restaurants and cinemas without the supervision of a person protected against the coronavirus, for example, if they have a protection card.
