László Csizmadia, the founding president of CÖF-CÖKA, announced at the organization's press conference today that the Civil Justice Commission was established following the will of the Spiritual Defenders.

Well-known persons who belong to the elite of their profession and/or can ensure our objectivity based on their experiences were invited to join the committee.

They are:

Miklós Völgyesi, retired presiding judge of the Supreme Court
Zsolt Zétényi, lawyer, chairman of the board of trustees of the National Legal Defense Foundation
Zoltán Osztie, theologian, parish priest of the main parish of Our Lady of Budapest-Belvárosi
Zoltán Lomnici Jr., constitutional lawyer, CÖF-CÖKA spokesperson
Attila Magyar-Zsolnay, constitutional lawyer
Wittner Mária, politician, '56 freedom fighter
Zsuzsa Borvendég, historian, lawyer

At the press conference, László Csizmadia said that

"our work is supported by our C12 expert group. The task of chairing the committee is held by the originator jr. It is provided by Zoltán Lomnici. The work is coordinated by CÖF-CÖKA."

The rest of the President's speech can be read below:

"We are convinced that the time has come to track down the left-liberal expropriation of the country, to put this topic under moral scrutiny from the Kádár era to the present, and to prove the systematic robbery of our nation's treasury with facts. We want to show how the social liberal government and its network squandered the state and taxpayers' wealth before and after the parliamentary elections.

We also draw attention to how some people, with the assistance of their party and government, have become rich and become oligarchs. We shed light on the false, lying misrepresentations that the current party assembly of the extreme left and right is trying to regain power by slandering the fallen countrymen and misleading our fellow citizens.

Perhaps the traitors escaped the severe punishments that could have been imposed on them without consequences, according to the particular silky concept of the rule of law. Some of our citizens keep their misdeeds in the shadows of oblivion, but we cannot allow this, considering the future of our grandchildren and children. We are based on the irrepressible power of morality, public morality and truth, the principle of popular sovereignty, and the classic tenets of democracy.

The Civil Justice Committee, we hope, will contribute to the necessary clarity of voters in 2022.
Let the people decide, let the result of our work be that the criminals resurrected from their political ashes disappear once and for all from the holy house of the National Assembly. Let our fearfully guarded democracy ensure real party plurality, the diversity offered, and the independent evaluation of identities, in accordance with the needs of the voters.

"The fate of a nation lies before us," writes the poet of Szózat. Let's take our civic mission seriously. We make it clear with the recollections of original documents, investigations and living witnesses that the successors of the custodians of the Bolshevik, Communist, and Kadar era have not changed a thing, and in fact, united with the extreme right, they would like to hang the evil ideology of liberal fascism in the form of state terror on the necks of our country's citizens.

Finally.

As an example, I present the 2008-2009 massive investigation report of the State Audit Office, the Hungarian National Asset Management Authority, which made clear the incompetence of the Gyurcsány government and amounts to an endless criminal record.
