Based on the EU decree on the recovery fund, it is also necessary to take into account the aspects of environmental protection and economic sustainability, which together with social sensitivity form the sustainable development goals of the UN, such is the situation of homosexuality and the disadvantaged, but also the desire to abolish the Benes decrees!

For this reason, the NGO For a Sustainable Upland is initiating the creation of a petition, and has asked the Hungarian Institute for the Protection of Minorities as a partner to create its legal basis.

The representatives of the press will be informed about the launch of the petition at a press conference in the near future, as well as the members of the Hungarian community,

"Our organization tries to help local governments in the development of environmental sustainability, but the economic and social aspects of sustainability are also part of the same sustainability strategy, therefore as the head of the organization responsible for strategies and also as the president, we must be fully aware of the UN's sustainability goals and documents for our work, which is why we paid attention up to this violation as well." he continued his announcement.

According to him, the Slovak Republic violates articles 3-6 of the recovery fund's rule of law conditions based on the sustainability goals of the UN and on the basis of REGULATION (EU) 2021/241 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL. the basic conditions included in point, and in parallel also the charter of the fundamental rights of European Union minorities.
