The General Directorate of Social Opportunity Creation is constantly expanding its toolbox for social inclusion and opportunity creation, and therefore launched its own employment program in disadvantaged settlements where there are few employment opportunities.

The so-called The second step in the creation of "production workshops" is the operation of the sewing workshop in Tiszaroff (the first was the house factory project in Miskolc), thanks to which 15 people can return to the world of work in the settlement.

The services provided by the tailor's shop in Tiszaroff and the region emerged as a deficit service, which greatly increases the employment opportunities of the disadvantaged and Roma population of the settlement. The women's and men's workwear products produced in the workshop are primarily used by TEF in its own training courses for disadvantaged and cumulatively disadvantaged people, which at the same time results in the cost-effective procurement of mandatory workwear for training.

Attila Sztojka said that the tailoring shop is expected to become a market player, and by passing on the experience, the program will be used in other settlements as a "Tiszaroff model".

Katalin Langerné Victor , Deputy State Secretary responsible for social integration, emphasized that TEF's production workshops are not only workplaces, but also create opportunities for social integration.
