Equestrian holiday in Székelyföld

"We can boldly state that the XIV. Székelyföld Equestrian Festival is Székelyföld's biggest equestrian event," said the main organizer Tibor Bajkó in relation to this year's event. Over the course of three days, the audience and guests from Székelyföld and further afield were awaited with nearly 80 program points at the Krigel Horse Track in Gyergyószentmiklós on the first weekend of September.

In 2019, the Székelyföld Equestrian Festival attracted more than 16,000 visitors in three days. Last year, due to the epidemic, the event was forced to go online, so it is a special pleasure for the organizers that they were able to organize the event in front of visitors again in 2021. There was no shortage of interested people, already on the opening day on Friday a good number of people took part in the programs, and on Saturday even more people visited the event, one of the main moments of which was the raising of the Székely flag and the singing of the Székely national anthem. The Székelyföld Equestrian Festival is the largest equestrian event in Székelyföld, thanks not only to its attendance, but also to its diverse programs, Tibor Bajkó pointed out.

In addition to the audience, the main organizer expressed his gratitude to the supporters, co-organizers, municipalities, entrepreneurs, public estates, and private individuals. Bajkó emphasized that without the help of the Hungarian government, they would not have been able to plan the XIV. Székelyföld Equestrian Festival, for which he expressed special thanks.
