From September 15, businesses that provide training to newly hired employees can also receive support to help them gain work experience for 90 days. He added that the government is acting to reduce the number of registered jobseekers , thanks to the workforce support of businesses, more than 25,000 people have already found work.
According to the announcement, in exchange for the subsidy, businesses must undertake to employ the less qualified full-time or at least 4 hours a day part-time. In the first three months, the company must provide the job seeker with at least 120 hours of professional training. The training can be internal training based on own resources, but it can also be implemented with the involvement of an external service provider - adult training...
