According to the latest data, 5,847,002 people have been vaccinated, of which 5,553,346 have already received their second vaccination, and 544,000 have already received their third vaccination.
371 new infected people were confirmed, increasing the total number of identified infected people to 816,222 since the beginning of the epidemic. 12 patients died, bringing the number of deaths to 30,114. The number of people who have recovered is constantly increasing, currently 779,250 people, and the number of active infected people has risen to 6,858 people.
307 coronavirus patients are being treated in the hospitals, 40 of them are on ventilators. The delta virus mutant is spreading in several European countries and even in our country. Vaccination works, however, and is more effective than any other control method. Less than 1% of those vaccinated become ill, and the course of the disease is usually much milder in those vaccinated.
