More than twice as many disabled people work in Hungary today than before 2010. The government strives for our 160,000 compatriots with disabilities to be able to join the world of work, said Miklós Kásler in the latest episode of Életközelben regarding the "You are worth" award.
In addition to the social award, the Minister of Human Resources spoke about the importance of the National Oncology Institute and the training scholarship of the Klebelsberg Center.
Regarding the Value or award, the minister emphasized: During the period of the national government , the number of people with disabilities who were able to join the world of work rose from 18 percent to 44 percent. He added: The award recognizes those who help these compatriots.
During the conversation, he also touched on the video conference with WHO officials. He said: the World Health Organization would assign an important role to the National Oncology Institute, because it is the only oncology center accredited at the highest level in Central Eastern Europe. It is extremely honorable that, in accordance with its own profile, the WHO would assign the institute a regional, European or even beyond role, said the minister.
