This year, for the 14th time, the country's most significant voluntary youth action is being organized, and registration for the "72 hours without compromise" action has already been opened.

"72 hours without compromise" created by the cooperation of the Catholic, Reformed and Lutheran churches will take place on the second weekend of October, between October 8 and 10, in accordance with tradition

As in previous years, this year will be a surprise for the applicants as to what task they will be given for the weekend dedicated to volunteering. On the evening of October 7, at the opening ceremony, it will be revealed whether the task will be playground renovation, forest cleaning, fence painting, or even social assistance, which will be completed in 72 hours.

Since the weekend volunteer service can also be done as a school community service, the organizers especially ask for the help of teachers in informing and encouraging students to participate in the "72 hours without compromise" campaign, which is also a great team-building program.

Every year, 7-9 thousand young people implement hundreds of volunteer projects under the leadership of local coordinators within the framework of the campaign, which takes place throughout the country and beyond the border. The organizers not only want to draw the attention of young people to the joy inherent in selfless assistance, but they also want to show society that young people are capable of a lot for a good cause. The campaign's slogan also refers to this: "You are more if you give!".

And in the difficult period due to the epidemic, there is a great need for hope and confirmation, which is why this year's biblical motto was chosen to be "Fear not, for I am with you!" (Isaiah 43.5) sentence.
