According to Mandiner, there are no written traces of Karácsony's advice to the Gyurcsány government. The contracts regarding the fact that the current mayor was appointed have survived, but it is not possible to know more precisely about the advice given for the multimillion-dollar remuneration. Pál Völner, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Justice, told Mandiner: "There is no evidence of a written performance, such cannot be verified from the available data."

"In addition to the already issued contracts and their annexes, the Ministry of Justice (IM) does not find any studies, analyses, or other similar documents prepared by Social Report Bt. (Kárácsony's company) that can be evaluated as fulfilling the contract. There is therefore no trace of a written performance, such cannot be verified from the available data," Deputy Minister Pál Völner told Mandiner after we inquired about the matter at the ministry. There, because the IM became the quasi-legal successor of the Prime Minister's Office (MeH), which at the time contracted with the former business of Gergely Karácsony on behalf of the Gyurcsány government. Namely for political advice.

Mandiner, in cooperation with Adataradar, previously requested from the Ministry of Justice the former commission contracts and other documents related to Gergely Karácsony and his company's consulting work. These were also presented, but no documents were found that report on the specific advice and proposals made by the current mayor during his term of office, who, by the way, just finished second in the contest of opposition prime minister candidates. (There is no doubt: such a clause was not specifically included in the contracts.)

Christmas stood on several legs! It is important to note that in the years after 2004, the politician, who was already a member of parliament in the LMP faction in 2010, not only ran his own business, but also worked full-time at Median and, as it turned out later, illegally, he also taught at Corvinus University. According to previous press reports, Median was MeH's main partner before 2010, and "from this the company received 716 million in revenue".

With regard to the commissioned contracts, based on the documents sent, the Karácsony Social Report Bt. first performed "political consulting" for the Gyurcsány government from January 1 to March 31, 2004.

By the way, this company operated almost exclusively during the consulting period of the current Párbeszéd co-chairman, and it ceased to exist shortly thereafter. Karácsony's task was precisely the following: "Monitor the phenomena of political relevance in Hungarian public life and prepare an analysis of them according to the individual needs of the client, or consult with the client about them." Therefore, there was a monthly commission fee of HUF 350,000 + VAT.

In the following years, he almost continuously performed the same task for the Coalition Political State Secretariat led by Gábor Horn of the SZDSZ for roughly similar amounts. Then, on April 28, 2008, based on an assignment contract document, the contract signed in January with MeH Karácsony was extended until April 30. With this, the parties declared that "this contract amendment is a written record of the legal situation existing between them since March 31, 2008." The remuneration for the entire duration of the contract was HUF 1.5 million + VAT.

The task, however, has changed somewhat: Karácsony "should perform the consultation and communication tasks related to the management of the emerging government crisis, and also be available 24 hours a day for the state secretary responsible for coalition coordination in order to discuss the issues that arise."

Memorable: Gábor Horn, according to a recording recorded by Hír Tv's camera, sent a message to the prime minister in a peculiar style regarding the result of the March 2008 social referendum initiated by Fidesz. ("They didn't say Feri, they said go to p..a!)

For the "help", Karácsony received HUF 600,000 net only in April, that is, during the coalition tension associated with the (formal) disintegration.

In summary.
