Children have the right to gender reassignment - The Court gave in to LGBTQ propaganda.

(I don't know whether with or without parental consent, because for example, they need parental consent to participate in a recitation competition! It's a mystery to me how the children can decide, in what way, about such a life-long change? - ed.)

"Children also have the right to self-determination and their physical integrity, and a general ban on making a decision about the use of treatment - regardless of age and decision-making capacity - would take away the essence of the right to self-determination" - this is what the Court said in the proceedings in which they were impeached one of the government's referendum questions, after the sorosist branch organization TASZ challenged all the questions in court under the guise of aggressive LGBTQ propaganda.

The camucivil Soros cell called TASZ announced with great joy: they successfully prevented the possibility of the Hungarian people expressing their opinion regarding the possibility of changing the gender of children, as they had already challenged the issue in court, which later ruled in their favor. Incidentally, the LGBTQ propaganda organization contested all five questions, and a decision has not yet been reached on the remaining four.

According to TASZ, the Court stated,

the right of minors to use certain treatments cannot be taken away in general, because this would deprive them of the exercise of their fundamental rights. Children also have the right to self-determination and their bodily integrity, and a general ban on making a decision about the use of treatment – regardless of age and decision-making capacity – would take away the essence of the right to self-determination.

According to the Court's reasoning, the decision of the National Election Commission was changed because

the referendum cannot be aimed at changing the Basic Law, and no matter how the majority answers this question in a valid referendum, an amendment to the Basic Law would definitely become necessary.
