The important thing is not how many hundreds of thousands took part in the 8th Peace March, but that it became clear once again: national unity cannot be broken - said the chairman of the Civil Unity Forum, which organized the demonstration, to Radio Kossuth Good morning, Hungary! in his show.
László Csizmadia stated: the message of the Peace March was not only that many people support the bourgeois government, but it also sent a message to the opposition that the nation did not go to the end of Andrássy út, but to the University of Arts. At the same time, it has also been proven that Gyurcsány like a lap dog.
In the interview, the president also talked about the ever-stronger civil international cooperation and the Brussels-style democracy, saying that the EU body is not interested in people's opinions, they are not asked even before the most important decisions , there are no referendums where citizens could form an opinion and have a say shaping their own lives.
