There should be a person on his feet who can follow the statements of the incompetent mayor, from the moment Index presented the contract for the sale of City Hall.

Gergely Karácsony first threatened a lawsuit, then gave different explanations for the writing. We no longer burden our readers with these, since we have reported on them.

The new development is partly the fact that Karácsony started to talk and announced the renovation of the City Hall park, which "could start soon". That wasn't the question though.

Then Anonymus reported again and released a new video about the preparation of the planned sale in a new recording. Four men are talking about this, including Balázs Barts, the president and CEO of the Budapest Capital Management Center Zrt.

"I'm Balázs Barts, but I know Gyula and Zsolt," says the recording. So it turns out that one of the actors is none other than Balázs J. Barts, the CEO of the Budapest asset management company led by Karácsony. The other man mentioned at the introduction is presumably Zsolt Berki. The third man is presumably Gyula Gansperger.

After the release of the video, the following could be read on the Telex page: "the Metropolitan Municipality has made public a decision-preparatory study on the short-, medium- and long-term development possibilities of the City Hall.

The decision-preparatory study prepared by the Capital Asset Management took into account the possible short-term, medium-term and long-term development opportunities of the City Hall property, estimating their approximate revenues and costs. In order for these approximate estimates to be available, market consultations had to be carried out by definition, the mayor's office wrote in a statement.

In other words: there were still plans to sell the Town Hall and "market consultations". And if we take the evidence of the Index seriously, then we have arrived at the conclusion. The only question is what it will be.
