304, mostly elderly, chronic patients died, and another 21,060 people infected with the coronavirus were found in Hungary, koronavirus.gov.hu announced in its weekend summary on Monday. They added: so far, 5,999,516 people have been vaccinated in Hungary, of which 5,774,158 received the second dose, and 1 million 594 thousand received the third dose.
It was written on the government portal: the number of infected people identified in Hungary has increased to 960,844. 32,171 people died, the number of those who recovered rose to 825,775. The number of active infected people is 102,898. 5,286 coronavirus patients are being treated in hospitals, of which 519 are on ventilators. There are 42,931 people in official home quarantine, the number of samples taken is 7,854,966.
