Two leading politicians from Jobbik approached the Bors , they promised the paper revealing documents about several cases, first of all they shared official papers about Péter Jakab's fake apartment lease. According to them, they are fed up with the way the party chairman leads and represents Jobbik. The documents reveal that the Parliament rents an apartment to Jakab for three million forints a year. However, the president of Jobbik did not move into this apartment, the owner - Jakab's friend - rented it out to someone else. In this way, they double the rent, probably a total of six million forints.
According to the official contracts, Péter Jakab in Budapest, XI. he rents an apartment in Fraknó Street in the district for nearly 3 million per year, which is paid for by the office of the Parliament.
The party chairman does not live in the apartment, but it is rented out to someone else, certainly for the same amount of money, so the owner of the apartment, who is a good acquaintance of Jakab, can pocket up to 6 million a year, writes Bors.
While the leader of Jobbik, he claimed in one of his posts that he would soon move to an apartment on the 4th floor in Etele Street. However, none of this was true.

The custodian of Fraknó Street told Bors employees that Jakab had never lived in the property for a single minute, had never been seen in the area, and the neighbors had not met him until now.

According to the politicians from Jobbik who shared the information, the owner of the apartment is Jakab's old acquaintance from Miskolc.
According to the company registry, the woman who lives in the apartment on Fraknó Street even registered a business in the apartment that Jakab never lived in, but which was paid for with the Parliament, which thus also operates as a business center.
The politicians of Jobbik were also outraged by the fact that Jakab is publishing posts on Facebook that give the false impression that he lives in an apartment in a housing estate, also in Kelenföld on Etele út.

Jakab obviously posted in order to distract attention from the fact that in the meantime he is playing tricks with another apartment in order to extract many millions from it.
Jakab's previous apartment rental contract was also delivered to the Bors editorial office. This shows that this spring, Jakab increased the apartment rental price in the Office of the Parliament by 30 percent from one day to the next, compared to his previous contract, obviously with the intention of extracting even more money.
