We learned from the left and their court that the prosperity of the Hungarian people means nothing to them, this is especially true at a time when they can use the opposition to scuttle successes so that they can spread the discontent on the government. This characterized DK's vaccination-related narrative, and this is why László Bige started economic actions that dealt a blow to Hungarian farmers. István Nagy spoke about this in his video message, according to which Bige's fertilizer cartel caused incalculable damage to the domestic agricultural industry.

István Nagy said in his video: "the left-wing billionaire is making Hungarian agriculture impossible". Taking advantage of its market position, Nitrogénművek Zrt. artificially kept the price of fertilizer expensive and would now limit farmers' access. As he said: for seven years, the large entrepreneur harmed not only Hungarian farmers, but also all Hungarian buyers of bread, fruit and vegetables in order to get extra profit. The Ministry of Agriculture's firm position is that, in the interest of farmers and Hungarian families, all possible means must be deployed in connection with the safe supply of fertilizers in Hungary, the minister emphasized. István Nagy called unfair profiteering on producers and Hungarian families unacceptable.

Rural Hungary is the country's base and valuable resource - stated the minister, who stated that they will not give in to László Bige's blackmail.

We will protect Hungarian farmers and Hungarian consumers!

he stated. Balázs Győrffy, the president of the National Chamber of Agrarian Economy (NAK), also said: "the press is loud about the fertilizer cartels". As the specialist explained: fertilizer is an input material in agriculture that cannot be bypassed", the "fuel of plants". This determines what kind of production results the farmers achieve and how much food costs for consumers.

If this is raised - in addition to the high world market prices - it will take money out of the pockets of Hungarian farmers and consumers - pointed out Balázs Győrffy.

The president of NAK added: they welcome the decision of the Economic Competition Authority (GVH), which punished the companies participating in the cartel. They hope to be able to prevent this kind of market abuse, he said. In the video, a farmer, László Horváth, said: the price increase started in the summer, but they did not expect such a 4-4.5 percent increase. He noted that this will likely be reflected in food prices. The farmer put it this way: "Let the Hungarian fertilizer king be satisfied with a decent income"

Don't want multiple extra profits in order to "finance the campaign of the left" from the purchase of fertilizer , László Horváth stated.
