No one planned a residential park here, until the capital, led by his co-chairman Gergely Karácsony, announced that the 268,000 square meters of the Mocsáros vineyard would be canceled for the purpose of apartment/office and other real estate development. These are the facts dear Tímea.
Tímea Szabó did not prevent any residential park on Hajógyári Island either, because this idea existed only in his dreams (and in the left-wing Dream Island project). Here, a kayak-canoe sports center was prevented as much as possible. I opposed the construction of the dam and did not grant an ownership permit, unlike the municipality led by László Kiss.
