We wouldn't be in Sándor Pintér's place right now.
"We sent them to the stinking hell, Marci," Gergely Karácsony responded to the first reporter's question regarding the house searches in the City Hall case. As a guest of Partizán's Sunday evening broadcast, the mayor said:
"I told you that it was a border crossing, I shouted at the Minister of the Interior. (…) I'm not a shouting type, really once every ten years, but that was now."
According to Karácsony, if these house searches were made necessary by the evidence that we "know" and that are available to the police, then this was a "huge political border crossing", since according to him: these do not constitute the basis for house searches according to the law.
