Dear Reader! After we have lit the fourth candle, we know that Christmas is here, one of our most sacred and intimate holidays.
As Sándor Márai wrote:
"The holiday is the rank of life, its higher meaning.
Prepare for it, body and soul.”
And while we are preparing for the holiday, for the arrival of the little one, together with the birth, also for next year, since we are once again leaving a year behind us. In such cases, we look back and summarize a little.
CÖF-CÖKA has had a successful year. Just a few examples:
An unprecedented crowd marched on the Peace March , in addition to our Polish brothers, representatives of the Italian Christian union UGL also marched with us, supporters of CÖF-CÖKA came from 15 countries.
The EU-CET organization, which brings together European civil organizations , has expanded again, and Hungary hosted a successful conference.
The program to help large families and small entrepreneurs continued, this year CÖF-CÖKA handed over 350 devices suitable for home canning , thereby supporting healthy nutrition by preserving locally produced vegetables and fruits.
And finally, we launched our news portal, 2022 Plusz. It became popular in a relatively short time and more and more people follow our articles published on Facebook.
We would also like to thank the readers and the participants of the events for their trust in us, we feel more and more strongly that we need each other. Especially in these times, when we experience the dangers that threaten the Christian world and civil societies.
If we agree on this, and if we unite in many other things, the time will come when we will believe that loving peace greets us like innocent magic not only at Christmas, but every day. We hope this will come soon, that is, next year.
We wish that the year 2022 turns out according to our hopes, because we believe that hope is not a dream, but a tool to make our dreams come true. At Christmas time, let's find our rarely used words, say them boldly, wish each other more faith, strength and lots of blessings.
Let CH Spurgeon's thought be our motto: "Of all the materials in the world, love has the strongest binding power and the greatest carrying capacity."
