The National Center for Public Health (NNK) is initiating legal proceedings against independent member of parliament Ákos Hadházy due to violation of personal rights and defamation committed in public, the NNK announced.

NNK reminds: Facebook post published on Thursday, the member of parliament stated that he had filed a report due to suspected abuse of office and endangerment committed in the course of his occupation, and after these sentences, the post publishes the photo of the national chief medical officer.

"From this context and communication, it follows directly that the national chief medical officer is identified with the person of the unknown culprit " - points out the NNK, which also states that: the National Center for Public Health and the national chief medical officer are not authorized to issue licenses for the marketing of vaccines according to the current legislation authorities.

"The licensing authority issued the license to place the "Chinese and Russian vaccine" on the market based on the legal regulations, based on which their application took place and continues to take place," emphasized the NNK, in whose opinion Ákos Hadházy's public registration was due to his professional incompetence and bad faith . discredits the NNK, one of whose public tasks is epidemic control, and thus deliberately misleads the population.

With this behavior, Hadházy directly and seriously endangers the prevention of epidemics, calls into question the professional credibility of the experts involved in the prevention, undermines public trust in the methods of prevention, and strengthens the anti-vaccination movement with such and similar manifestations. The sexless attack of the member of the parliament could only have been born out of political gain", emphasizes the NNK, adding that all vaccines used in Hungary are effective and safe.
