After the previous successes, the Digital Education Museum Hours event will be held for the 5th time in the joint organization of the Cultural Policy Institute of Heritage and the School of Responsible Parents.

The online museum education event will be held on February 9 in the virtual space, with the 2nd theme of Famous Hungarians for the 3rd-12th. for grade students. The organizers collect the tasks and games of more than 40 museums, broken down by age group, real and human groupings. From scientists to artists to huge discoveries, with the presentation of countless famous Hungarians, serious knowledge is presented to schools in an unusual way.

"Over the past two years, we have experimented a lot with the idea of collecting diverse digital museum pedagogic content created by museums in a bouquet, organizing it by age group and thematic breakdown, and then making it widely available within the framework of the DEMÓ days. Our experiences so far and the feedback have clearly proven that there is a huge need and demand for this virtual knowledge sharing and content base.

Museum pedagogy also works digitally and can be easily integrated into both primary and secondary school education. It is a great pleasure and a grateful task for us to work for the 5th time to collect the educational contents of more than 40 museums and make them available to teachers from here and beyond," said Zsolt Makranczi, head of the Mozaik Museum Tour program.

"I believe that the tools of museum pedagogy and experiential pedagogy, playful learning, are much more effective and thus students get much more information than within the framework of face-to-face education. This is also an excellent opportunity to start the second semester with playful and exciting tasks, everyone can get involved, either from the classroom or from home," adds József Balatoni, "Bácsi Jocó", history teacher, professional host of the Mozaik Museum Tour school program.
