All this at roughly the same time. Based on the available writings, it mainly manifested itself in issues related to migration.
"We want to work with local officials and other stakeholders to make resettlement of Eritrean and Somali refugees acceptable to all," foreign affairs spokesman Daniel Langenkamp said
