The Board of Trustees of the Foundation for Civil Hungary presents the Young People for Civil Hungary Award for the seventeenth time, which can be awarded every year to a person under 35 years of age or to a community of predominantly young people under 35 years of age.
The prize can be awarded to those who, through scientific, public, artistic, charitable, community-building activities, and personal example, create intellectual and human values that go beyond the present, and whose activities well characterize the civil-Christian-national community of values.
The Youth for Civil Hungary Award consists of a plaque and a certificate, the amount of the allowance associated with the award is 2 million forints for individuals and 5 million forints for NGOs.
Previous awardees: Gábor Tamás and the editorial staff of UFI (Ultsó Szímzetezets), the Heart of Europe Foundation and János Bujdosó, Malina Hedvig and the Kruchina siblings, teacher Ferenc Várda, the Mistrál ensemble , Táj és Ember Folk College, Zséfgos Botfaért Egyesület, Rákóczi Association, Transcarpathian Hungarian Scout Association, Hungarian Youth for National Community Engagement Association, National Awareness Association and the Iubilate Girls Choir of the Kodály Zoltán Hungarian Choir School, Endre Ady Student Circle, Dezső Kosztolányi Target Partnership, Szentegyházi Children's Philharmonic, Tápiómenti Nagyboldogasszony Community, Nyilas Misi Foundation, Petra Lévay, Zalán Kraszulyák and the Romanian Hungarian Scout Association.

The submission must also include at least one - without spaces - 800 character justification! The foundation's board of trustees will decide on the awarding of the prize in the spring of 2022.
In accordance with the relevant government regulations and with the necessary precautions, the award ceremony will take place in a ceremonial setting that is also open to the press in view of the coronavirus epidemic situation.
