THE 13TH MONTHLY PENSION that comes with the regular monthly retirement benefit, IN ADDITION TO OLDER PENSIONERS, PARTICIPANTS IN PENSION-TYPE CARE - SUCH AS DISABILITY CARE, TEMPORARY WIDOW'S PENSION - ALSO RECEIVE a double amount from orphan care, with which the government helps raise 56,000 children.
