Instead of government bleeding, the abundance of resources is more characteristic, yet the DK management of Rákospalota, Pestújhely and Újpalota managed to illegally pay HUF 150 million to a contractor who was entrusted with the renovation of the district's general practitioner's office. Situation picture from the 15th district of Budapest.
In vain did the XV . district SE municipality, Hősök útja 1-3. the renovation of the family doctor's office at no. has not been completed to date. In fact.
Based on the documents obtained by Mandiner.hu, the Angéla Cserdiné Németh unlawfully paid almost HUF 150 million to the contractor Ceucon Hungary Építőipari Kft.
But let's not go that far yet! In October 2019, the left won again in Budapest XV. in the district. Ms. Cserdin not only kept her position, she started her term with serious salary increases . His faction, the Everyone for the Fifteenth Faction, accepted without a bone the proposal based on which the basic salary of local government representatives was increased by fifty percent. Only the representatives of Fidesz-KDNP did not support the salary increase. A year later, the management of Újpalota joined the left-wing districts that whipped the government because of the "alleged" bloodletting. However, in the meantime, the office received a 630 million HUF grant under the EBP, from which the buildings of the district specialist clinic and the properties at 1 and 3 Hősök útja are to be renovated.
The contract was concluded by the parties on December 18, 2020; and the completion deadline would have been November 30, 2021. In addition to the fact that the buildings were not completed, Ceucon Hungary Építőipari Kft. was also subject to tax enforcement last November. And despite the fact that the clause of the contract with the contractor was not fulfilled according to which
the second partial invoice to the contractor at forty-five percent completion,
and the work on Hősök útja building No. 3 could be issued after a complete, successful technical handover procedure and the issuance of a valid occupancy permit,
Budapest Capital in the XV. the district municipality paid HUF 149 million 697 thousand 185 gross to the contractor on July 20 last year.
In other words, the left-wing city administration transferred a very significant amount to a company that is currently under tax enforcement without any performance, i.e. construction, technical handover, or acquisition of occupancy permits. The latter is confirmed by the fact that, even in the construction diary, missing works are listed in connection with the building at Hősök útja 3; but this year's January 26 announcement also states that the technical handover of the building has not yet taken place.
Gábor Pintér , the Fidesz constituency president, wrote on his Facebook page that the municipality is not willing to cancel the contract despite what happened.
“I wonder why the contractor still enjoys their trust? What could be in the background?”
he asked the question.
