...The left-liberal majority of the European Parliament was almost excited and would immediately start using the rule of law mechanism. With the procedure, EU funds can be withdrawn from "reluctant" member states.

It is refuted at the level of words, but the rule of law furkós stick is basically meant to regulate the order of Hungary and Poland. Ferenc Gyurcsány and his "captain", Péter Márki-Zay who are once again vying for power, see this as a kind of EU miracle weapon . At yesterday's annual evaluation of the opposition, they started to sharpen the weapon, threatening the Hungarians with the statement that "If the Orbáns stay, that's where the EU money goes."

Meanwhile, since Wednesday, the army of pseudo-civilian Soros organizations has been urging the European Commission to deign to shut off the money spigots in the case of Hungary as soon as possible. Péter Márki-Zay Kesztyűbáb said yesterday that "if the Orbáns leave, fifteen thousand billion forints will come to Hungary". Klára Gyurcsány promised that she would be the most important cog and link in the EU machinery.

We understand that too. Those who looted the country before 2010 would now bring freedom and prosperity and even restore the rule of law. The "drunk" and "brainwashed", "village, simple, ignorant" voter - to use the words of Márki-Zay - who until now could not sufficiently appreciate the chance offered by the "democratic opposition", now led by the fallen Prime Minister Gyurcsány and the DK, Márki -Representing fascists and communists separately through Zay, he will embarrass the country. They put an end to the hatred, which Márki-Zay himself incited, by calling the disabled disabled, those who support the reduction of utilities as aberrant, and others as traitors and Fidesz mercenaries.

If, in addition to all these voters, the Brusselsites who question the rule of law mechanism will not be made to think, and if, God forbid, they entrust the protection of the financial interests of the European Union to representatives of fascist and communist ideology supported by the left, then the rule of law will really be in danger.

Which also happened before 2010, when Gyurcsány guaranteed the rule of law in Hungary. Even then, the European Court of Human Rights paid special attention to the jurisprudence of the ten new member states and provided guidance on legal principles in a thick volume of case studies. Such was the case, for example, that pre-trial detention cannot be a punishment imposed in advance.

After the leak of the Ószöd speech, however, mass arrests of people gathered in the street took place and they were brought before an investigative judge, who put one hundred and fifty people in pre-trial detention based on just reasonable suspicion - illegally. Unlawful deprivation of personal freedom is one of the most serious violations of law in the European Union. All of this happened en masse during the Gyurcsány government, in such a way that there were no special legal conditions for pre-trial detention, the risk of escape, hiding, the disappearance of evidence, and the danger of repeating the crime.

The district prosecutors who proposed this did not even have jurisdiction, yet they put hundreds of people behind bars. Make no mistake, because of the deliberate intimidation of the population, encouraged by the brutal political and criminal police power. Basic human, political and liberties did not count for anything. But Brussels did not wave the rule of law stick at the time.
