In the next few days, the government will send an information publication to households, which summarizes the most important measures of the past period.
These include tax exemptions for under 25s, family tax refunds, the 13th month pension, an increase in the minimum wage, tax cuts and an expansion of the home building programme. These steps affect almost every social group and every generation.
In contrast to the period of the pre-2010 crisis, the country is not following the path of austerity. Thanks to this, the Hungarian economy restarted and returned to the growth path before the epidemic.
The government has focused on protecting jobs and creating new ones.
As a result, employment is again at a record level. The government's goal is for everyone to feel the benefits of economic growth in their own lives, and the presented measures also serve this purpose.
