The Court of Justice of the European Union made its decision on February 16: as expected, they rejected Hungary's and Poland's lawsuit challenging the regulation, which in principle entered into force on January 1, 2021, on tying EU funds to the rule of law. After the envelope rejection took place, the way was opened for the European Commission to withdraw the financial support from Hungary to us from EU funds, citing problems of the created rule of law.
The verdict is outrageous, because it is clear that the EU's liberal, globalist mainstream, disguised in the guise of the rule of law, now intends to financially blackmail Hungary and Poland and lead us into a dead end, where we either fall in line and accept the "values" and world view of the globalists, or they make it impossible. our existence within the Union.
I will make it very clear at the beginning: our goal is still that the union is equal as long as possible - I repeat: equal! - let's stay members. But! Seeing that Brussels wants to topple the Orbán government in the elections, which it is not really hiding anymore, we must raise our voice, because with the activities of the leadership of the union, it is destroying the very values for which it was created.
Based on this, and in possession of the unacceptable judgment of the court, I declare: as a Hungarian and European citizen, I accuse the union, but especially the committee and the mainstream elite of the parliament, of destroying the Europe built on peace, the equality of the member states, freedom, democracy and national sovereignty idea and practice.
First of all, starting from the root of today's problems: I blame Brussels, because after the failure of the European constitution in 2004-2005 due to the French and Dutch referendums, it bypassed democratic decision-making and adopted the Lisbon Treaty with the member states until 2009, which was actually already aimed at creating a federalist Europe.
Secondly: I accuse Brussels of its stealthy, insincere imperial ambition, during which it wants to gradually, step by step (following the principle of neofunctionalism), expand the powers of the European Commission, and at the same time take away the existing powers and sovereignty of the member states based on treaties. Jean-Claude Juncker spoke openly about this in a 1999 interview with Der Spiegel, but the roots of the federalist aspiration can already be found in the globalist Jean Monnet and other founding fathers.
Thirdly: I accuse Brussels of allowing its institutions and decision-making mechanisms to be gradually interwoven by globalist financial circles and networks, lobbies, NGOs and think tanks, whose aim is to make decisions affecting the future of Europe their economic and reflect their ideological interests, and thereby gradually take over the control of the union, with all this relegating the member states on the one hand, and the European citizens on the other.
Fourthly: I accuse Brussels, and especially the European Commission, of ignoring the opinions, intentions, aspirations and expectations of European citizens, emptying out the only existing institution of direct democracy, the European citizens' initiative, making it insignificant and weightless, and as a result of everything, the union it creates an organization controlled by aristocratic, left-liberal elite groups, which sharply contradicts the basic principle of democracy also laid down by the union.
Fifth: I accuse Brussels because it nullified the principle of subsidiarity accepted in the basic treaties during its daily operation, which means that regions, member states, local communities and localities have lost their influence, their role has become insignificant in making decisions that directly affect them.
Sixth: I accuse Brussels because it did not oppose the mass migration processes to Europe that started in 2015, did not protect Europe's borders from illegal immigrants, mainly Muslims, and did not help those countries - this is our country - that have their own they defended the Schengen borders with force. Moreover, based on the 2018 UN resolution, it now wants to treat border crossing as a human right, which is no longer about escaping persecution, but simply setting out in the hope of a better life. With all of this, Brussels threatens Europe's integrity, culture, religion, customs and way of life, endangering Europe's civilizational values accumulated over centuries.
Seventh: I accuse Brussels of endangering the classic, traditional family model based on Christian values and morality by popularizing LGBTQ ideology and forcing it on member states, by interpreting the unrestricted enforcement of gender propaganda as a requirement of the state of law and stipulating it as a condition for financial support to member states. In this way, Brussels advances the forms of existence represented by sexual minorities almost into a norm, into an accepted, followable way of behavior, and thus shatters the traditional family model, which was the basis of Europe's demographic survival and growth for centuries.
Eighth: I accuse Brussels of forcing a climate ideology on the member states and the European public regarding global warming, the scientific basis of which is still disputed. The starting point for this is that anthropogenic (human) carbon dioxide emissions are the only cause of warming, and as a result, fossil energy carriers must be stopped at a radical pace and completely switched over to renewable energy sources. The consequence of all this is an ill-considered transition that ignores gradation and a forced pace, which threatens the European energy supply, raises prices and leads to a supply crisis. Not to mention the fact that, as Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki and Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán made clear, they want to make European citizens pay for the high energy bills in the form of housing and car taxes, as opposed to multi-companies. All of this leads to the fact that Europe is shooting its own economic foundations in the foot, while the energy and economic crisis could be prevented with a considered gradual transition that pushes green and liberal climate hysteria into the background.
Ninth: I accuse Brussels because, twisting the concept of the rule of law, it imposes cultural and value-based, lifestyle requirements on the member states that have nothing to do with the rule of law; this includes, among others, the aforementioned ideology that supports immigration and treats it as a human right, this includes the green ideology that confuses global warming with environmental protection, treats climate change hysterically, and the gender ideology that treats sexual differences almost as a norm. Treating adaptation to these ideologies as an expectation of the rule of law, Brussels uses political and financial means of coercion against countries that resist and insist on their democratic values, norms, customs and morals (all this mainly affects our country and Poland).
Tenth: I blame Brussels, because until today it has been unable to break with the great power logic that has characterized Europe for centuries, on the basis of which the Western European great powers of the time determine what is the norm and the expectation in Europe, and consequently the Eastern and Central European states are still not considered equal to themselves. They continue to treat it as evidence that they have the right and the authority to determine the main guidelines that must be followed in Central and Eastern Europe, and with all of this they are contradicting the basic values of equality, democracy, freedom, and sovereignty - while precisely these citing values, Central and Eastern Europeans are expected to follow and apply Western political, cultural, social and economic models.
Eleventh: I accuse Brussels of expecting from the Central and Eastern European countries that if fundamental changes take place in the Western European states, in the Western European public opinion, in the Western European zeitgeist - as has been happening in recent years - then it should be adopted and followed on the other side of Europe without fuss, criticism or opposition. With this, Brussels, more broadly, Western Europe and the West more broadly vindicates the right to have the Philosopher's Stone with it continuously, consequently, as they change in any direction, it is always the emancipation, the radiation of the eternal truth, which is unquestionable and indisputable, above it to democratic control and criticism. With this, Brussels ascribes almost sacral power to itself, which makes it impossible for two or three large regions of Europe to develop truly equal and equal relations, mutually accepting and tolerating each other's characteristics.
Finally, for the twelfth time: I accuse Brussels of having lowered another iron curtain in the middle of Europe, this time an iron curtain of culture, values and way of life, and thus fundamentally endangering the unity, staying together, and future of the European Union.
