The new kindergarten building of the Sándor Reményik Reformed Primary School, Elementary Art Institute and Kindergarten in Lovasberény was handed over.

We profess, we believe, that we are God's co-creators. We are creative partners in divine pedagogy: colleagues, collaborators, fellow servants. The Creator has entrusted our children to us - said Zoltán Balog, bishop of the Reformed Church District of Danube, chairman of the synod in Lovasberény, at the service held on the occasion of the handing over of the new kindergarten building of the Reményik Sándor Reformed Primary School, Elementary Art Institute and Kindergarten, on Friday, March 25.

At the thanksgiving service held on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Reményik Sándor Reformed Primary School, Elementary Art School and Kindergarten and the handing over of the new kindergarten building, Reformed bishop Zoltán Balog preached the word, highlighting the Christian's eternal question: what is the greatest commandment. The bishop called the teaching of Jesus "to love" the secret of the Christian life. – If you love Him with all your heart, then you can love your neighbor best. Love your neighbor as yourself, is the warning. Are we free to love ourselves too? Knowing yourself, knowing God, these two belong together and should not be separated. In God's love, we can truly love ourselves, the life we have received from him. If we are armed with these virtues, then we can discover in our children what God has placed in them, and we can appreciate how their expressive meaning unfolds, everything that God has gifted them with - it was said at the kindergarten ceremony on Friday, March 25.

"If you love Him with all your heart, then you can best love your neighbor," said Reformed Bishop Zoltán Balog in Lovasberény in his festive sermon.

The next speaker on the festive schedule was Bishop Hajdú Szabolcs Koppány, pastor of the Lovasberény congregation, who said that since 2012 he has been the caretaker of the primary schools of Lovasberény and Vértesacsa. He said: Every minute is given to build the future. Before we move on, before the next ten years and this new building become natural, let's pause to give thanks. Looking back and looking forward from here, we can say what again and again directs our thoughts and actions, the call of Jesus: Let your light shine before people so that they see your good deeds and glorify your heavenly Father. We were tools in the hands of the creator God - concluded the dean.

Gergely Gulyás, the minister in charge of the Prime Minister's Office, also took part in the ceremony. In his speech, he emphasized: it is a great pleasure to develop the rural infrastructure in cooperation with the Reformed Church, which also includes the education and upbringing of children.

He said that, according to their experience, there is still a greater demand for student places and kindergarten places in church kindergartens and church schools than the capacity. - The cooperation of many people - the church, the regional parliamentarians, the government - was needed in order for this development to be realized "by itself". We can only say that this "from itself" is truly grace.
