"The public mood in Budapest was completely different from that experienced in other parts of the country, which is an important lesson," András Csókay tells Mandiner , when briefly evaluating the election results.

"On Sunday evening, I was convinced of what I deeply believe, that the Holy Spirit did not go on vacation, but works. I base this statement on the fact that, before the elections, all pollsters predicted something different than what happened, i.e. an unexpected turn of events in Hungarian souls. We don't talk much about it, but it is important how many prayers went up to the sky for Hungary to choose according to common sense. This huge movement started the Holy Spirit, who came down to Hungary and helped a lot of people to make wise decisions.

I would also learn a lesson beyond the metaphysical plane. It is striking that among my friends, people from the countryside were much more optimistic than those from Pest. The latter only heard bad things, the public atmosphere in Budapest was completely different from anywhere else in the country. Disappointing things were said, often from acquaintances on the right. However, the results show that not only disillusioned right-wing people returned, but also disillusioned left-wingers found a political home here, which is a huge plus," said the well-known neurosurgeon.

"Wherever Jesus Christ enters history or an individual's life, there are always many opponents who oppose him. They are heated by the fallen angel, who also does not go on vacation, because he always wants evil, tries to destroy. This spiritual battle does not end even after the elections, so we too must continue to fight, just as Jesus carried on his battle against evil, going through his death on the cross until his victory, the resurrection. This is precisely what gives us enormous strength in this fight: to know the fact and the joy of the resurrection. This helps to endure mockery, taunting and gives strength to true love of one's opponent. As Lincoln said: I was able to defeat my enemies by making them my friends," explained András Csókay.

"Of course there is a chance for national reconciliation! I confess that the Virgin Mary is the queen of this country, if we are able to turn to her, she will bring us peace. However, regardless of whether the campaign is over,

make us aware: the truth must always be told, it is our moral duty! But we can't forget to do all this in love. So I always tell the problem, but I never describe the person. People need to be made to think, and for this they need to be provided with intellectual ammunition," András Csókay concluded the interview.
