The government is providing HUF 12 billion in energy efficiency support to Hungarian small and medium-sized enterprises, Minister of Finance Mihály Varga announced on his social media page.
According to the minister's post on Friday morning, companies can win at least HUF 75 and up to HUF 500 million to modernize their heating and lighting, install solar panels or heat pumps.
"Our goal is to reduce the overhead costs of businesses with the improvements, to strengthen their competitiveness," said the politician in the post.
