The Parliament is holding a two-day session this week, and on Monday the representatives will debate the committee reports of the legislative proposals and the amendments to the summary. At 1 p.m., the representatives begin their work with pre-agenda speeches, followed by interpellations, immediate questions and answers, and questions, according to the agenda proposal. Since the establishment of the new parliament, this block has so far fallen behind, and the website of the National Assembly does not even now have a valid list of interpellation, immediate questions and questions.

The parliament will discuss the committee reports of the tenth amendment to the Basic Law of Hungary and the related disaster prevention law and the summary amendment proposals. These two proposals, if adopted, will allow the government to declare a state of emergency in the event of an armed conflict, war or humanitarian disaster in a neighboring country.

The agenda of the plenary session includes the bill on regulatory issues related to the end of the state of emergency, the purpose of which is to make the regulatory transition clear and predictable after the end of the state of emergency ordered due to the coronavirus epidemic. The representatives will discuss the amendment of individual laws related to the Act on the List of Ministries of Hungary, which affects the tasks and powers of the ministries.
