After Prime Minister Viktor Orbán declared that in Hungary it is not possible to organize a demonstration of sympathy with terrorist organizations, and that this will not be allowed in the future either, the TASZ turned to the court. I want to know if the ban is justified. According to national security expert László Földi, the TASZ's move is worrisome from several points of view and is about nothing else than the need to mix up society in Hungary as well, people should be pushed against each other according to their values and emotions, Magyar Nemzet reports .

According to Szabolcs Hegyi, a member of the TASZ

although the tense world political situation may indeed carry certain security risks, at the same time, this alone is not a sufficient reason for the ban.

National security expert László Földi, who as the former operations director of the Information Office, has extensive experience and knowledge of the risks arising from such events, also expressed his opinion on the matter.

- The TASZ should feel free to go to court, which will decide who is right - said the expert. However, he added:

It is characteristic from two points of view that the NGO and the global power behind it now have an interest in supporting the Palestinians to such an extent. On the one hand, they almost worked against such events until the Israeli conflict broke out, so they are not consistent in their support for the Palestinians. On the other hand, it is unlikely that the most important issue in the world, especially not in Hungary, is to try to deal with an issue that is much easier to deal with with street demonstrations

it could be solved precisely by the forces that are, for example, behind such NGOs, and which have a clear interest in creating confusion. This is about nothing else than the fact that society in Hungary needs to be mixed up, people need to be pushed against each other according to their values and emotions. These organizations have already proven this a million times with their other actions

emphasized Földi.

The expert stated: these organizations also represent a national security risk in the sense that their activity is practically aimed at internal agitation, at questioning the normality of society, thereby questioning and reducing people's sense of security.

In response to the newspaper's inquiry, constitutional lawyer Zoltán Lomnici, Jr., among other things, reminded us that the police have so far rejected seven requests for this kind of demonstration. He added:

the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights adopted by the UN General Assembly in 1966 also clearly prohibits war propaganda and the support of national, racial or religious hatred; it also allows the restriction of freedom of assembly if it is necessary to protect national security or public safety, public order, public health or public morals or the rights and freedoms of others in a democratic society.

At the same time, the militants of Hamas and the militant groups it leads invaded the territory of the State of Israel, deliberately killing hundreds of civilians and taking dozens of hostages, taking women, children, the elderly and the disabled into captivity. These acts represent a serious violation of international human rights and humanitarian law, and are also classified as war crimes and crimes against humanity. The inhuman acts committed by Hamas terrorists have already left thousands dead.

The pro-Palestinian demonstrations are therefore morally and morally completely unacceptable, in a Europe based on Judeo-Christian culture, they are impermissible and against Christian culture, and the latter can already be classified as unconstitutional.

The police acted in accordance with the relevant article of the Basic Law,

according to which the protection of Hungary's constitutional identity and Christian culture is the duty of all organs of the state.

In light of the events in Gaza, it is important to emphasize that the Civil Code. According to the law, anyone who incites support for terrorism in public or otherwise carries out propaganda supporting terrorism is punishable by imprisonment of one to five years, pointed out Zoltán Lomnici junior.
