In a Facebook post, Justice Minister Judit Varga responded to the letter sent by Green representatives to the President of the European Council. The letter clearly proves one thing: the depraved left-liberals would openly insult democratic principles...
"So much for the European left's understanding of democracy...
It seems that there are still people in Brussels who cannot digest the victory of the Christian-conservative side in April. It happened that some green-left MEPs asked the President of the European Council in a letter to exclude the Prime Minister of Hungary from the Council.
So we understand this, the committed champions of the rule of law and democracy want to use the most anti-democratic means just because the candidate they support did not win the elections in Hungary.
Is it really European unity for them if they can excommunicate the democratically elected leader of a member state?
However, all of this only strengthens us in one thing: there is an increasing need for sober-minded conservatives. And we will stay, because it has been proven once again that Brussels bureaucrats and left-wing parties cannot be counted on to protect European people and families."
