The birth of children in Hungarian families is a matter of destiny, for which the government wants to provide all the help - said the state secretary of the Ministry of the Interior responsible for care policy on Saturday in Bősárkány, Győr-Moson-Sopron county, where the settlement's crèche was handed over.
Attila Fülöp explained that, on the one hand, the birth of children is a matter of fate in terms of the continuation of the family and the survival of its name, and on the other hand, also in terms of the survival and survival of the nation.
We need our children to be the ones who carry Hungarianness forward, he added.
He pointed out that in recent years and in these months as well, the government has decided to create about 22,000 new nursery places out of more than HUF 230 billion.
One of the important elements within the family policy is that if the parents raising small children want to work, then supervising the children during the day should not be an obstacle to this, even if the family cannot solve this, he said.
The State Secretary also expressed his hope that the non-existent nursery care in Bősárkány will contribute to the expansion of the settlement in the long term.
In his speech, Attila Fülöp also touched on the fact that every institution that has been built in the countryside in the past decade serves to ensure that the settlement has a retaining force, and that people do not move away because some important service or infrastructure is missing.
Imre Szalay, mayor of Bősárkány (Fidesz-KDNP), said that in recent years, thanks to around 350 successful applications, more than four billion forints of state and EU support have enriched the village, where the population is constantly increasing.
The construction of the nursery, which can provide care for 16 children in the two groups, started last spring.
The mayor also talked about how the health center was renovated in the past period, a solar system was installed on the kindergarten building and streets were renewed. The expansion of the kindergarten is in progress with the fifth group room, a gymnasium and the construction of a new water block, in addition to this, the renovation of the bookstore will be completed in the near future, he said.
