One of Emmanuel Macron's seemingly encouraging objectives was to win and achieve the strategic sovereignty of the European Union. Well, we can painfully state: during the half year of the French EU presidency - which will pass in the next few days - he has not managed to implement anything from this idea. On the contrary: the European Union has entered a state of geopolitical subjection.

Namely, it became subject to three actors: the United States, NATO, and the global elite standing behind them as a kind of "mentor" or, more roughly speaking, as a controller, the deep state in English terms.

The Russian-Ukrainian war that broke out on February 24 fundamentally undermined Marcon's noble goals, but there is no question that the union would have been completely vulnerable to the above-mentioned powers from then on. Because, just as once upon a time, in 2003, the French and Germans still had enough courage to "not go along" with the USA's attack on Iraq, which violated international rights and was based on lies, - or at least partially did not -, now practically every step is taken by external powers does it according to your expectations. Among these are primarily the series of unnecessary and self-defeating sanctions, especially with regard to the oil embargo, not to mention the "hanging in the air" gas embargo, as well as the incomprehensible effort by which EU countries repeatedly deliver weapons to Ukraine, especially with regard to the Poles and the to Germans.

But in general, they are unable to understand their interests in this war, which are different from the Americans and the global elite, the giant companies gathered in the World Economic Forum led by Klaus Schwab, they are unable to recognize their own interests, and this includes Macron as well as, of course, the completely uncertain and in many respects independent Olaf Scholz also German Chancellor.

The American foreign policy expert NS Lyons recently described this paradoxical situation in the columns of Mandiner. I quote: "It is interesting that the debates about strategic autonomy here arise just when European integration - either out of fear or anger - has given up all its strategic autonomy in order to subordinate itself to the United States. Of course, this is only the culmination of the process that has lasted for several decades, in which Europe has allowed NATO to be synonymous with the fact that Europe's defense is completely dependent on America. And this is the case not only in the field of military defense in the narrow sense, but also in connection with, among other things, the protection of strategically important sectors of the economy, borders, and culture and values."

Precise sentences, I'll just add this: the last time it was Macron's great predecessor, Charles de Gaulle, who in the sixties did not want to admit Great Britain to the union because, he believed, it would allow the United States to enter Europe, as a great power. It is a different matter that after the war, the process of unification in Western Europe was already started with American inspiration...

But in addition to Macron's failure to aim for European sovereignty, he has now also suffered another failure: by the end of the French presidency, he wanted to achieve at all costs that all 27 member states agree on raising the global minimum corporate tax to 15 percent. However, we did this - again, alone, but very correctly! - we vetoed it. Macron feels that we have spit in his soup, so he has already declared that they will do everything to ensure that Hungary withdraws its veto. In fact, he added menacingly: they are ready to go to the limit of compromises, but only until then.

And if we hold out, what will Macron, our “great friend” do? we could ask.

The response of the great combiner Macron is already being outlined: and this is none other than the fact that, with the exception of Hungary, the other 26 countries agree on the introduction of the 15 percent tax within the framework of the so-called enhanced cooperation. Incidentally, this was announced by Clément Beaune, the French State Secretary for European Affairs.

Pay attention to this concept: enhanced cooperation. This could be the Union's newest weapon against us, the Hungarians, on other topics - for example, sanctions against Russia!

All I can say is: Beware of Macron, who is only a friend as long as his interests demand it!
