The big summer camps of the Rákóczi Association begin on Sunday with the high school camp, where 6,000 students and teachers are expected from July to September, the organization announced.
Primary school, high school, university students and teachers alike come to the programs not only from Hungary and neighboring countries, but half a thousand students from overseas Hungarian diaspora communities also get involved.
The location of the big camps is the Rákóczi Hotel in Sátoraljaújhely, more than 650 students representing 62 high schools will come to the high school camp starting on Sunday.
In addition, native language camps in Baja, theater camps in Székesfehérvár, sailing camps in Orfű, Nyékládháza, Tihany, and cycling camps in Gyöngyös await young people.
