Armistice and peace negotiations instead of sanctions. The only solution to Europe's economic problems is peace! Viktor Orbán wrote on the video of his last post. The prime minister shared a part of his radio interview on Friday morning, and the recordings show him negotiating with the EU or the V4.
The Prime Minister recalled:
Hungary has always opposed sanctions.
When Viktor Orbán first raised the sanctions, he asked the EU leaders to believe him that we will not help Ukraine with the sanctions. According to him, we should help our eastern neighbor in such a way that it is good for Ukraine and preferably not bad for us.
Sanctions do not help Ukraine, but they are bad for Europe, and if they continue like this they will further weaken the European economy
- declared the Prime Minister.
According to the prime minister, the leaders in Brussels should admit that they miscalculated, and the sanctions policy should be changed.
We need to sit down with the Russians, negotiate, conclude a truce, and then continue peace negotiations, because the only solution to this economic problem is peace - predicted Viktor Orbán at the end of his video.
