From now on, those who carry out their tax affairs via the Internet can find useful functions and a more transparent interface. As the Mediaworks News Center found out from the National Tax and Customs Administration, the authority's previously used site, eBEV, will continue to function for a while, but will gradually give way to a new interface called the Customer Portal. The site with the abbreviation ÜPO will offer a wealth of possibilities.

The administration interface of the National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV) has been renewed, the previous eBEV is replaced by the Customer Portal, or ÜPO in short ( available HERE ). The new site will initially work in parallel with the old one, so users can gradually switch to using the new interface.

The good news is that ÜPO is available on almost all operating systems and browsers , including Windows, Android, iOS, Edge, Firefox, Opera, Chrome and Safari. It can also be used on mobile devices, and its entire content is also available in English.

NAV also gave a detailed report on the operation of the new site to the Mediaworks News Center. According to this, logging in is a multi-step process: the administration starts with customer gatekeeper identification, after which the home page opens. The page can be customized, i.e. the form of the home screen can be set according to individual needs. When logging in, the user's data and the net balance of his tax account are displayed first.

One of the useful functions of the new site is that if someone has, for example, an overpayment, they can switch to the so-called Online form filling application (ONYA) with a single click, where they can also request a transfer or transfer. If the customer has a debt, the interface directs him to the Electronic Payment and Settlement System (EFER), where he can settle his debt with an internet bank card or house bank transfer.

A lot of additional information will be available on the new interface, including declarations, past data, future obligations, certificates, statements, contribution payment and employment data can be retrieved quickly and easily. So, for example , it is easy to check whether the user is logged in, as well as with what data. Previously submitted returns and documents can not only be queried and downloaded, but also corrected and self-checked using the system.

The NAV emphasized that the taxpayer's administration can be managed by a legal representative, such as the owner of the company or an authorized accountant, with the right of representation.
