Prime Minister Viktor Orbán said at the beginning of his speech that there is a good reason to drink Fidesz spritz, which is two-thirds to one-third. In 2019, there was an extremely optimistic and optimistic camp, while now we live in a decade of wars and dangers.

He added that the pillars of Western civilization, which he previously believed to be unshakable, are shaking. We thought that there could be no war in Europe, that the Cold War could not return, and that science ruled everything, said Viktor Orbán . In 2019, I did not mention these developments, and this shows that we should be modest. At that time, I didn't talk about a pandemic, war, or the return of the German left, he added.

The Western world has lost control over raw materials, said the prime minister. Viktor Orbán drew attention to the fact that most of the world's energy carriers and resources are outside Western civilization. Europe's situation is even more difficult, he added.

The Americans started strongly encouraging their allies to buy up their raw materials and announced a stronger sanctions policy, said the prime minister. The American strategy announced a more independent policy because it does not depend on external raw materials. The Europeans tried to protect the German-Russian energy axis, said the prime minister. This is now being dismantled, and it has not been possible to switch to renewable energies.

Regarding the EU gas consumption reduction plans, he said that it is not yet possible to see how they will be enforced. In addition to all this, they would take the gas away from those who have it, he added. This is einstand. The negative feelings about the world stem from the fact that energy is not in the hands of the West, only military power.

There are still far more funerals than baptisms. There are those who are capable of biologically sustaining themselves, and there are those who are not. We belong to the latter, and sooner or later the Carpathian Basin will be inhabited before us, said the prime minister. Orbán said about migration that it divided Europe. In the West, there are no longer nations, but a conglomeration of peoples, this is the post-West, and the final demographic change will occur around 2050, and the proportion of non-Europeans in the big cities will increase to over 50 percent, he added. The West has moved to Central Europe in a spiritual sense. The West is fighting against Central Europe to make us like them.

Brussels wants to force the immigrants on us with Soros's troops, he said. We were convicted of migration, and now because of the war in Ukraine, that has been put aside.

Regarding the gender issue, he said that it was possible to separate it from the debate on EU funds. We only ask the West not to force the gender issue on us. This Western folly will never have a majority in this corner of the world, said the Prime Minister. Among the trans, we can only pronounce Transsylvania, which we call Transylvania anyway.

There is a war, wartime inflation and economic crisis, but this only puts a screen in front of demography, gender and migration, he said. Our future depends on these issues, he added. The Visegrád Four were able to act unitedly on these issues, but war broke out, which shook the V4 cooperation. This war complicates our relationship with our friends, and there is a heart problem in the Hungarian-Polish relationship. The Poles feel that they are in this war, while we want to stay out.

According to Viktor Orbán, the Westerners rejected the security demands of the Russians, and now the Russians are asserting their security demands with weapons. If Trump and Merkel were in charge, this war would never have broken out.

The West's strategy in the war was that Ukraine could win the war with Anglo-Saxon trainers and weapons, the sanctions would weaken Russia, we would be able to deal with the economic consequences of the sanctions, and the world would line up behind the West. And now we are sitting in a car that has flat tires on all four wheels. Ukraine will not win the war, the sanctions will not shake Moscow, Western governments have been shaken, and the world is demonstrably not with the West, the Prime Minister pointed out.

It is quite possible that this war will end the supremacy of the West and a multipolar world order will come, Viktor Orbán said. According to the Prime Minister, the Hungarians may see the situation, but this matters little when it comes to the war. We need to try to make our point, and we need a new strategy with peace at its center. It is in the interest of the EU to stand between the Russians and the Ukrainians, he added. The Russians' goal now is to have the front so far away that they cannot fire into their territory from the territory of Ukraine. There will be no Russian-Ukrainian peace talks, and only American-Russian talks can end the war, the Prime Minister pointed out. The Europeans wasted their chance to have a say in the events, he added. The II. After World War II, Europe finds itself where the most important security issues are decided by the Americans and Russians.

He said that unified EU foreign policy decision-making is imperialism. The EU should have enforced the Minsk agreement, and it can't even put its own house in order. It is also a big problem that the EU cannot protect its own borders. The Union should not dream of a role in world politics, but should fulfill its own task.

The Russians are doing well with the war, because the price of energy carriers has gone up. The Chinese did well, and so did the big American companies - pointed out the prime minister. Economically, the EU is doing badly with the war. This affects us in the way that it affects the future of utility reduction, Orbán said. As early as 2010, it was clear that most of people's income was taken up by utilities, which is why the government decided to reduce utilities. The Hungarian system worked well for 10 years, and now it has collapsed due to wartime prices. You will be able to protect the overhead reduction up to the average consumption, but above that you will have to pay the market price. If this can be defended in this way, it will be a great deed.

In 2021, the Hungarian state paid HUF 296 billion for utility reduction, and in 2022, seven times that amount should be paid. The Hungarian economy would not be able to withstand the latter, and that is why we had to act - said Viktor Orbán. That is why new investments had to be stopped. He called it an important task to get off gas and switch to other energy sources.

Regarding the expected recession, the prime minister said that there will be a downturn in most European countries and that this will cause political destabilization. Today, the European economy is headed for chaos, and the big question is whether it is possible to stay out of it.

HUNGARY WANTS TO BE A LOCAL EXCEPTION , he added. The possibility of peace may come in 2024, because then there will be an American presidential election, he pointed out. Hungary can only be successful if it stays out of war, the global tax, migration, and gender madness. In 2010 and 2020, we managed to emerge stronger from the crisis. In 2020, we were also ahead of the curve - said the prime minister. We just got a tin rain and we have to stay on our feet in the bend with our vehicle.

Hungary must conclude a new agreement with the EU, the USA, the Russians and China. If we manage to reach an agreement with everyone, then we will be able to return to our previous growth path, said the prime minister.

According to Orbán, the most important deadline could be 2030, because the tensions in the Western system could be so great that they could tear it apart. He also said that the southern EU member states could be in so much trouble, and the Central European countries would be net contributors, said the prime minister. According to Viktor Orbán, we should be in top form around 2030, and we need that much strength.

When asked, Viktor Orbán said that it is not yet possible to know when the war will end. Chinese expansion is done by buying factories. Regarding desertification, he said that in Hungary we can continuously breed seeds. Regarding the Hungarian left, he said that it is not worth pinning much hope on them, because the left imagines Hungarian life differently than the right. The left is working to cut off the roots of Hungarianness, and they don't understand that this way the foliage dies. We see everything differently, and if they get into government, they will implement their ideas on the gender issue, among other things. As long as possible, the left must be kept in opposition, he said.
