When the opposition is in trouble, they always pull Péter Róna out of the hat to convince the people of what the left-wing political parties are incapable of - exuding a civil smell from his jovial, aging personality. (In any case, his own colleague Júlia Király called him a "mischievous, little villain")
Now, for example, about the fact that Viktor Orbán should be replaced within Fidesz.
So while Gyurcsány is constantly preparing for a change of government, according to the division of labor, Róna, who has a DK affinity, should dig the grave of the Prime Minister from the civil side. That's why they send him to ATV, where they tell him about Gyurcsány's current screeching text about preserving utility cuts at all costs, even though they said the exact opposite before, because that's good for the people, isn't it. And about the fact that "It would be much luckier if Fidesz changed strikers." In Hungarian, the party should replace Viktor Orbán and replace him with someone else who has the opportunity.
Pisti Ujhelyi also put on this record recently, admitting for the thousandth time that
the left is incapable of intellectual performance that would be attractive to the Hungarians, so they would elect the left's candidate for prime minister.
Now they are trying to use the difficult economic situation caused by the war to discredit Orbán in a vile way - as the left is used to doing politics. Saying that he cannot cope with the tasks, therefore he is leading the country in the direction of disaster.
Péter Róna put it this way: "Hungary is facing unprecedented pressure. I don't know if it is worth it for Fidesz to allow Viktor Orbán to take Fidesz in the direction of certain destruction. And the country in the direction of a disaster."
His words show that he would rather replace Orbán with an inexperienced Fidesz who has not even spent a minute in the prime minister's seat. This is left-wing logic. Replace a prime minister with 16 years of experience as head of government with a two-year-old without a win, because he will certainly be able to carry the country's chariot better than a tried, proven, experienced motorcyclist, who is also adored by the people. In a crisis, in a war situation, many things are needed for governance, but the most important thing is trust.
And people trust Viktor Orbán more than anyone else, and they are aware that what he does, he does for the benefit of Hungarians. Its authenticity and directness are unquestionable. Orbán retained his ability to act even in the economic crisis of the war, in which, in addition to the domestic left, the European Union is against him with all its might.
According to Róna, Orbán is in an "impasse from which he cannot get out." Of course, he no longer adds that, if there is no Orbán, Hungary will be overwhelmed by the will of the Union, the empire will settle on us, and that is all for the Hungarian future. Of which the left is the domestic accommodation maker.
Even as the opposition's presidential candidate, Róna said, "If we can't get along, there is no brake, no counterbalance that would save us." He just forgot to emphasize that there is no bargaining here. Here, it is not necessary to smile at each other, but to carry out the mandate of the voters. The Gyurcsánys don't get along with the governing parties, but with the voters. Voters tell them it's roomier on the outside. There is nothing to negotiate on the political level here, because that would be a backstabbing of the voters.
Of course, this doesn't matter on the left just as much as it does in Brussels. But as long as Viktor Orbán is the prime minister, it matters a lot in Hungary.
In vain does Gyurcsány prepare, in vain do the Ujhelys, the Rónás, and the people of Brussels try to sing the cheese out of the Hungarian raven's mouth.
