The police may launch an investigation into the Anita Potocskáné Kőrösi scandal due to the suspicion of a crime of unfair treatment, Mediaworks—Hírcentrum learned. Fallen party chairman Péter Jakab spoke in May that his then-deputy disregarded the laws and would bankrupt the Jobbik party foundation with his decisions. The police are already investigating the case.

The history of the story includes the fact that Péter Jakab, who has since left Jobbik, initiated the expulsion of Anita Potocskáné Kőrösi from the party at the end of May, as well as the prospect of filing a complaint for attempted disloyalty and negligent treatment.

According to Jakab, in her absence Potocskáné "decided to usurp presidential powers, ignore the laws, and like an elephant in a china shop, she starts breaking and crushing, as deputy president, among other things, she instructs the Jobbik party foundation to make payments that would bankrupt the foundation (the Jobbik foundation )".
