The National Heritage Institute (NÖRI) welcomes those who remember with a celebratory mass and folk music productions on November 1 in the Fiumei út cemetery, where visitors are also given the opportunity to light candles on the graves of our ancestors resting in the protected grave.
On the first of November, NÖRI traditionally welcomes visitors not only with extended opening hours, but also with live music that tunes in to memories. From three o'clock in the afternoon, there will be a festive mass accompanied by folk music and a vigil in the center of the cemetery, on the sacred square of the Szentkereszt, in which the Villő and Fuvalom Enekejütte, Vox Angelis - the Gregorian singers of the St. Angela Ferences High School - and the Magyar Tekerőzekar will also participate - read the NÖRI's statement on Monday.
As they say, after that in the cemetery of Hungary. with the title, the Magyar Tekerőzenkar performs historical songs and 48 songs about Hungarian heroes, and then the Villő group performs church folk songs and archaic folk prayers. Finally, you can listen to folk dead and vigil songs performed by the band Fuvalom.
