The minister in charge of the Prime Minister's Office encouraged people to fill out the national consultation questionnaire in Jászberény on Friday

Gergely Gulyás in Let's say no to sanctions! at the press conference before the national tour forum, he encouraged everyone to fill out the national consultation questionnaire.

Gergely Gulyás called the completely runaway energy prices and sanctioned inflation the most important issue of public life today, which can best be fought against if Hungary "has a clear, unambiguous voice and voice".

He said: he is proud that the Hungarian government is implementing Europe's largest support program in the field of energy. He indicated that they were able to maintain the utility reduction up to the level of average consumption, which means HUF 181,000 support per family per month. This must be preserved, so the government needs as much support as possible in order to assert Hungary's interests in the discussions in Brussels, he emphasized.

When asked, he said that, according to the available information, the European Commission recommends the adoption of both the national plan for the recovery fund and the partnership agreement. However, it can be seen that the money was not given to the Poles either, the committee only made promises and this danger also exists in the case of Hungary. According to Gergely Gulyás, there is a good chance that it will be possible to realistically count on European Union funds next year.

There is a double standard in Europe, and Hungary is suffering because it has a clear and unambiguous opinion on some issues, he noted. According to the minister, what happened in Brussels was not what they expected, "if Brussels voted, then Hungary would not have a civilian government," he said. He added: in this case, there would be no utilities reduction, no child protection law, there would be no development like the last ten years, which was visible everywhere, including in Jászság.

At the press conference, Gergely Gulyás greeted Orsolya Besenyi, chief physician, who is running as a candidate of the governing parties in the January 15 interim mayoral election. According to the minister, it appears that a left-wing city administration cannot use EU funds carefully and judiciously, so a turnaround would be good for the city.

János Pócs, the Fidesz parliamentary representative of Jászság, said: since 2010, national consultations have been launched several times, people's opinions have been asked and are still being asked in the most important matters of public life.
