Prime Minister Viktor Orbán received former President of the Czech Republic Václav Klaus at the Carmelite Monastery on Thursday, Bertalan Havasi, the Prime Minister's press chief, informed MTI.
The meeting discussed the war in Ukraine and the sanctions crisis affecting the countries of Europe, which threatens economic decline and energy shortages.
Václav Klaus also presented Viktor Orbán with his latest book, The Return of Inflation: The Slippery Road to Debt, which will soon be published in Hungarian by MCC Press, said Bertalan Havasi.
