The text of the sent scaremongering text messages and the title of László Varju's press conference today are almost the same.

By sending out a significant amount of text messages, they are trying to spread horror stories among Hungarian customers. With the messages, they want to persuade people to withdraw their money and savings from financial institutions as soon as possible.

- Take the money out of the bank quickly, keep it in a safe at home, because "the villains will steal it," the text message reads.

The executors of the action are believed to be trying to prepare another attack on the HUF.

This afternoon, DK politician László Varju will hold a press conference with the same title as his currently circulating text messages, which reinforces the suspicion that the dollar left is behind the action.

It is also an important circumstance that the messages spread in a similar circle as before the parliamentary elections, during the dumping of text messages supporting the campaign of the dollar left.

was ordered by the Austrian subsidiary of DatAdat , branded with the name of former Prime Minister Gordon Bajnai, through an intermediary company, Since then, it has been revealed that the billions needed for the left's campaign were sent from America and channeled to the aforementioned DatAdat group of companies.

Since the current text messages are received by a similar group, it cannot be ruled out that the perpetrators are carrying out the campaign with the help of the same illegally obtained database.

The seriousness of the matter is indicated by the fact that, according to our information, the police immediately ordered an investigation due to the spread of horror stories.

Update 1:

László Varju further strengthened the suspicion of left-wing scaremongering

At today's press conference, László Varju, the politician of the Democratic Coalition, practically repeated the opinions that are causing the police to investigate on the suspicion of spreading horror stories. The politician of the Gyurcsány party pointed to the government and only added fuel to the fire by stating:

two weeks ago, it was his party that announced for the first time that the government would touch the Hungarian people's money kept in banks.

As Magyar Nemzet reported, the police have already launched an investigation after sending out a significant amount of text messages in an attempt to spread horror stories among Hungarian bank customers. With the messages, they want to persuade people to withdraw their money and savings from financial institutions as soon as possible.

In essence, Varju held a press conference with the same title as his now spreading text messages, which strengthens the suspicion that the dollar left is behind the action. The left-wing politician went so far as to spread fake news by declaring: "Just over ten years ago, the Orbán government already confiscated people's private pension fund savings because it needed money. And now the Orbáns can also look at people's savings in banks, cash or securities".

He also made accusations that the money would be taken or stolen. But the politician of the Gyurcsány party did not stop in voicing baseless slanders after he believed that the government could try to fill the state coffers with the money set aside by the Hungarian people. It should be noted that there was no opportunity for the Gyurcsány party politician to be asked about the latest left-wing scandal at his online press conference broadcast on Facebook.

As the leader of the largest parliamentary group, I would like to make it absolutely clear that if László Varju really holds today's press conference on this topic, continues to spread dangerous fake news and thereby assists in the attack on the forint, we will immediately initiate criminal proceedings against him, as well as against the media outlets that report it

Máté Kocsis, Fidesz faction leader, reacted to the news on his Facebook page. He also made it clear that, in this case, he will initiate the removal of László Varju from all of his positions in the Parliament today, because according to him, what the representative wants to cross is called a red line.

Update 2:

The MNB files a criminal complaint for what was said at the DK press conference

At today's press conference of the Democratic Coalition, party representative György Matolcsy deliberately misinterpreted the words of the speech given to the Economic Committee by László Varju, who made false statements that threaten confidence in financial stability. The Magyar Nemzeti Bank is therefore taking legal action due to what was said by the representative László Varju, and strongly calls on the party to retract the irresponsible statement made for the sake of clear political gain and to refrain from spreading horror stories in the future.
